Properly establishing information requirements for content, creation, verification, use, exchange, storing and reuse from inception onward throughout its lifecycles will help ensure a successful facility.

Many tools support the facility information process: bim authoring tools (ArchiCAD, Bentley, Revit, Vectorworks, etc), information validation tools (Solibri, Navisworks, etc), imaging tools (Piranesi, Photoshop, 3D max, etc); analysis tools (Tekla, Energy-plus, Ecotech, MEP packages); construction tools(VICO, etc);  data collection systems (COBie, Tokmo); communication tools (web and web 2.0 applications, etc) document management systems (SharePoint, ProjNet, etc); Facility management tools (Maximo, Assetworks, etc) 

Connolly Architects is in need of a building information management specialist.  Experience with one BIM authoring tool and awareness of most of the other systems mentioned above is required as is your willingness and ability to learn some of these and others.  Your capacity to work in an atmosphere of open collaboration; for self and team leadership; and for organization must be high. 

Your 4 year college degree and 3 year demonstrable background experience must be in and/or from the AEC industry.
