Sensitivity to this rural and historic community was an essential part of the design process on this new clinic building.  Historical architecture reconnaissance, collaboration with community leaders and multiple design charettes were held with the client.   The successful result was a traditional building, with a contemporary image and historical undertones.

Sustainable site practices were also used to save trees, protect and keep non-developed areas natural and use natural grades as much as possible.
