This family owned and operated practice was looking for an efficient, low cost building. Its image was to be compatible with surrounding older architecture. They would operate their pediatric practice on the first floor and rent the second floor to other practices. Using reclaimed brick from the very buildings that previously occupied the site Connolly Architects created a low profile, low cost and highly efficient facility.
