Silica Plaza
Connolly Architects programmed, planned and designed this 75,000 SF shopping center as well as the anchor tenants and most of the other tenant spaces. The client had a very low budget, needed a highly flexible building and wanted a memorable, lasting image. A simple structural system, continuous modular dimensioned glass and a “waves and curves” theme successfully fulfilled these requirements. The center filled immediately and the owner receives regular offers to purchase the center. |
