Tobin’s Plaza
Tobin’s is a well-known local pharmacy and gift store. They wanted to create a new identity while the shopping center owner wanted the building, which was an addition to there center, to be harmonious with the existing 1920’s streetscape style. Connolly Architects used the same brick, window systems, sight lines and building massing to create the similarities. Then a distinct two-story bay window was created to identify Tobin’s. A changed sub-style in architecture distinguishes the clinic as another storefront on the “street”. |
